9th Annual Motorcycle Tour

Date: July 23-24, 2021

Announcing the 9th Annual WABA Motorcycle Tour. The ride will start in Madison at the WABA Headquarters on International Lane at 9:00 am on Friday, July 23rd, (early birds can have a cup of coffee with the WABA staff). From there the group will ride backroads Northwest through Columbia and Sauk Counties through the bluffs and valleys to the Oakwood Fruit Farm, one of Wisconsin’s most progressive apple orchards. We will plan to arrive around 11:00 am. After a one hour tour of the orchard we will depart for the Unique Café in Boscobel. As its name indicates it is one of the most interesting places to eat in Western, WI. From there we will ride to Prairie du Chien and cross the river to the Iowa side stopping at the lookout in McGregor. After a short break we will continue up the river road to LaCrosse where we will camp out at the Charmont Hotel. The Charmont was originally a chocolate factory in the early 1900’s and is a one of a kind hotel with a rooftop bar for evening cocktails and dinning located on the Mississippi River at the end of downtown La Crosse.

Destination:The Charmont in La Crosse, WI Downtown. You will need to call them soon to reserve your room. We do not have a block of rooms, but do have good rates currently.
