Aztalan Bio
Aztalan Bio is a historic biorefinery located outside Jefferson, Wisconsin, producing ethanol, corn oil, and feed co-products from locally grown corn. With roots dating back to 1898 and revitalized under new ownership in 2022, the facility processes up to 40 million bushels of corn annually while supporting agriculture, animal nutrition, and renewable energy markets across southern Wisconsin.
